Creating an Account for Your Organization
Create an Account: Visit https://toolkit.fena.co/sign-up and follow the instructions to sign up. You’ll be asked to fill in some personal and business information.
- Note: If you have an existing account on https://business.fena.co/, contact us at support@fena.co to migrate your data to https://toolkit.fena.co/.
Verify your email address. During account registration, you were sent an email with instructions for email verification. If the letter has not arrived, you can request it to be resent on the profile settings page https://toolkit.develop.fena.co/private/profile/settings
Pass our KYC/KYB and AML checks. Follow this link while you are logged in https://toolkit.develop.fena.co/private/settings/verification and complete required steps
Connect a bank account. Follow this link while you are logged in https://toolkit.develop.fena.co/private/settings/bank-accounts ,click on the "Add bank account" button to start connecting your bank account
Once these steps are completed please contact us at support@fena.co and the Fena team will verify the provided data. If everything is in order, you will be granted access to Partner Mode.
Partner Mode
Once all requirements are met and the Fena team grants you partner status, you will be able to switch to Partner Mode. In this mode, you can create and manage merchants, set up conditions for merchants to work with payments through the Partner Public API, and view statistics on merchants and their payments.
