URL update required

We are updating our infrastructure, which will change the URL of our backend server.

If you are a new user or already using https://epos.api.prod-gcp.fena.co, no action is required.

If you are an existing API user, please update the API URL on your side starting from December 15, 2025:

Old URL:
https://epos.api.fena.co

New URL:
https://epos.api.prod-gcp.fena.co

This update must be completed before January 31, 2026 to avoid service interruptions.

What is the Fena Partner?

If you're a B2B business or platform and want to provide Fena's account-to-account payments directly to your customers from within your own products, we provide Fena Partner accounts. Offering a seamless payment solution, our Partner API also allows you to easily onboard and manage your customers.

How to work with the Partner API

To use the Partner API, you need to create an account with our business portal. Afterwards, contact us at support@fena.co to request access to the partner portal. Here, you can sign up merchants, update your settings, and generate API keys for accessing the Partner API.
